Let’s say you find a simple solution to do something around the house just a little more efficiently. Then let’s say you do five, or ten, or twenty tasks more efficiently. Then you’d free up some real time. And before you know it, you’ll have more time to… eat oreos and hug on your kids, important stuff like that!
So, in that vein, here’s how we fold bath towels ’round here…
We usually hang our towels on the towel bar like this (above), folded into thirds longways. This is the way most people do it, I think, yes? So when you’re folding a stack of towels, why not fold them in such a way that you do not have to completely unfold them just to refold them on the bar?
Whether it saves a significant amount of time and energy or not, it definitely saves a little bit of my sanity, not having to unfold then refold a clean towel to hang it on the rack. And a bit of mama sanity to this gal is money in the bank, friends!
Okay, is this just silly, or so simple it’s genius? What say you? 🙂

Gina, Thanks for the towel tip but what I would really like to know is what program you use to write on your pictures. I am looking at several but they all seem difficult. Great Pictures! Please help!! Diane Roark http://www.recipesforourdailybread.com

Diane,
Happy to help: it’s called “Paint,” I believe, and it came already installed on my PC Windows 7 laptop… hope that helps!
