I like my coffee with milk and sugar or sweetener… flavored creamer is even better… But if you really want to go all the way for coffee deliciousness, just add a scoop of ice cream to black coffee.

Jackpot.

Vanilla and chocolate ice cream are always great options, mint chocolate chip is kind of fantastic, but in honor of the holiday season, I added a scoop of Blue Bell peppermint ice cream to my morning brew of Starbucks.

Really, it needed to be done.
