Affordable & Cute Spring Break Chillaxin’ Gift Basket

One of the class mamas in my son’s class wanted to do a chillaxin’ gift basket for out teacher’s spring break. [Great idea, Steph!!]

[I just wrapped it for her.] The theme colors she choose were aqua and yellow. PERFECTION! So springy! This tub came from the dollar store, and I used aqua and yellow tissue paper.

And I added a little ribbon and a theme-color tag (this one is cut with an oversized scallop circle punch).

And she filled it with aqua and yellow goodness. Some candy, homemade brownies (the brownies weren’t aqua, but they were in a cute container), a word search, and fun nail polish. You could also include soda, other game/puzzle books, a magazine, flip-flops, towel, sunblock, etc.

Ahhhhhhh, tools for relaxation. Happy spring break, y’all! Wheeeeeeee!

If you happened to find yourself on the receiving end of a chillaxin’ gift basket, what would you love to find inside? Do tell!

  3. I would put a gift certificate for a manicure and/or a pedicure inside the
pail, for the teacher’s spring break gift.
