Isn’t it a bummer when you go to cut a freshly baked pan of brownies, and they get all torn up along the cut lines?
Well–just in case you didn’t already know–here’s a hot tip a friend clued me into years ago, and I’ve used with great success ever since!
Use a plastic knife! It will glide right through and not tear up your brownies. Nice!
So you’ll have perfectly cut brownies every time. Wheeeeeee!
Now you can share them: go! 🙂
So, anyone else out there have a hot tip for the kitchen you want to share? Do tell!
