I’m kind of a fan of making ruffle pants… And also of making coordinating appliqued or otherwise embellished shirts.

Basically, this is the same technique as with the pumpkin felt applique.
But rather than ironing on the felt then hand-stitching some detail as on the pumpkin shirt, I ironed on the ribbons to the felt, trimmed, then ironed on the tree to the shirt. I finished it up by hand-sewing on a little pom-pom tree topper.
Hooray! Christmas party ready!
